The Chef's Market & Bistro is Tim's newest venture.  Along with his wife & partner in 99/1 Food Services Rebecca, they have purchased a small local gourmet market and will be adding a small bistro serving lunch and dinner as well as a small wine shop specializing in great value for dollar wines.  We will post all the latest updates from CMB as we get closer to the opening in March of 2011!
